About the Public Speaking Institute of Ireland

Public Speaking Institute of Ireland Ltd. is a dedicated training academy for all individuals who wish to either learn the basics of public speaking or improve on their delivery style.

We believe that every single person can be taught how to comfortably deliver a speech or presentation in front of any sized group. Whether it is a formal presentation for work, a sales pitch to a potential customer or just for personal development, PSII Ltd. offers a wide range of courses to suit both individual and business needs.

The Public Speaking Institute of Ireland Ltd. was founded by Sandra Sheerin, a specialist in the field of Public Speaking and Presentation Skills training.

Sandra was born in Ireland, however emigrated to the U.S. at a young age, where she attended high school and further education. On her return to Ireland, she worked within Human Resource Management for a number of years, before specialising in Training and Development. After spending a few years delivering HR based training courses, she went back to the U.S. for further development of her Communication studies.

Sandra holds a B.A. in Human Resource Management, is qualified through the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development); and is certified through the IITD (Irish Institute of Training and Development).

In August 2007, Sandra set up the Public Speaking Institute of Ireland Ltd. which offers many courses in 'Public Speaking', 'Presentation Skills' and 'Communication Skills'. All courses are recognised through FÁS and the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management).
